For a fraction of its replacement value, your lighting equipment can be renovated by people that understand the way it’s supposed to work.

A typical Refurbishment of a lighting fixture includes the following:

• Remove yoke, lamp/reflector assembly, front grill, lens, internal/external wiring assemblies.

• Clean unit, (blow out dust etc), clean reflector & lens, store components for rebuild.

• Straighten or make good metalwork – If items can not be repaired, spare parts may be required, if they are not available they can be remanufactured.

• Strip metalwork and re-paint using powder coating.

• Re-assemble internal components, fit new input cable, new line connector, internal wiring to lamp base.

• Re-fit yoke & safety assembly.

• Carry out electrical safety test, record results and attach tested label.
